Dalle Nostra Mani company has engaged a path of development and classification of the territory, which includes the preservation of Tuscan grapevine germplasm and also preserves the old vineyards abandoned.
We cultivate our vineyards without the use of herbicides, cutting the grass that grows along the rows of vines, without destroying the natural vegetation that lives on the soil.
Among the varieties we grow, Sangiovese is particularly outstanding, but there are also rare ancient varieties once destined to fall into oblivion, “relicts” of an oenological past rich in vine diversity, such as Foglia Tonda, Pugnitello, Abrostine, Bonamico and Abrusco.
We believe that “minor” native vines are what it takes to beat globalization, they represent an occasion to excel with unique, unrepeatable, strongly characterized products; especially for territories as rich in traditions and vine diversities as Tuscany.
All of our vineyards are managed following organic farming methods in accordance with the EU Regulation (EC) No.834/2007 and EU Regulation (EC) No.889/2008.
