"From Milan follow the A1 Autosole motorway to Parma, change to the A15 Cisa motorway and then take the A12 Genova-Rosignano motorway to Viareggio. At Viareggio take the A11 motorway towards Florence and exit at Altopascio. Then follow the signs for Fucecchio and continue for about 9 km until, in front of the “Le Vedute” Restaurant, you turn left and follow the signs for Torre. At the Torre-Massarella junction continue towards Massarella. After 1 km, and before reaching Massarella, you will find Via dei Cipressi on your right. “La Pineta” is the last house at the end of the road.

From Rome or Bologna, take the A1 Autosole motorway and exit at Firenze-Scandicci. Turn immediately onto the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno motorway and exit at Empoli Ovest (the third exit for Empoli ). Bear right at the first round-about and continue towards Fucecchio. About 1 km before reaching the town, after passing the "Centro Commerciale Pieve", turn onto the first road you encounter on your right. Go through one traffic light and at the second round-about turn right again (sign indicating “Agriturismo La Pineta”) and continue toward Massarella until you come to a narrow cypress-lined road (Via dei Cipressi). “La Pineta” is the last house at the end.
