We produce natural wine that differs from most of the wines produced and marketed in the rest of the world.

We do all of the operations manually, from harvesting only the best clusters of grapes to bottling; we hand-pick, and load crates with, only healthy grapes that have reached an optimal degree of ripeness and, using native yeast, we vinify at controlled temperatures.

Besides producing organic grapes, we sustain a healthy and transparent oenology, shunning corrections or particular treatments that alter the natural characteristics of our product. For this reason, our wine, like that of olden times, presents year-to-year differences in some of its characteristics; colour, alcohol content, acidity and perfumes are influenced by the year and not by the will of man.

Trebbiano in purezza, vinificato in anaerobiosi(senza ossigeno). Vino naturale, ricco di profumi e fragranza. Proviene da vigne coltivate secondo i metodi dell'agricoltura biologica.

Gagio is wine obtained from the Trebbiano grape with rich aromas thanks to carefulfermentation at controlled temperatures and a long aging process with fine dregs. The best grapes are picked and ripened to optimum levles.

Vino naturale, equilibrato, sapido, molto piacevole sia in bocca che al naso.

This wine has been processed in stainless steel containers and then bottled
and left to rest for several months. This wine hints at the typical sangiovese
aroma with its red berry perfume and solid, well balanced acidity.

Sangiovese e Pugnitello, affinato in botti di rovere per 5 anni.

Pugnitello is an ancient Tuscan vine rediscovered just 20 years ago so-called because the grape cluster resembles a fist.
This vine does not have historical information and its origin
is shrouded in mystery.
The study of DNA has indeed proved the originality and the distance from the most popular clones with which it was confronted and then confirmed its nature as a native vine.
